
How do I retreive my password?
1. Go to the main login page.
2. Click the word assistance.
3. Type your username (this is usually your email address)
4. Click retreive password
5. The system will send you an email that will conatin the password that is currently listed in the system for that username.
How do I add an additional login?
1. Login to your account using the primary username that has been assigned.
2. Go to your account profile.
3. Click the tab labeled "Add new Login"
4. Complete the necessary fields of information.
5. Click "SAVE"
6. An email will be sent to the new recipient that will contain their username and password.
How do I check the status of my order?
1. Login to your account.
2. Go to your account profile.
3. Select the tab labeled Order History.
Note: You may also select "Check Order Status" from the left rail of the screen.

How do I Print Item Detail?
Simply select the item and click the "Print page" icon.
How do I Create a Picture Presentation?
1. Create a folder that will be used to save your images
2. Select the item(s) you want to save
3. Click the
icon
4. When the print box appears click cancel
5. Right click on the image
6. Select ‘ Save Image as’
7. Repeat this process until you have saved all images needed
8. Open Microsoft Power Point Program
9. Depending on the version you have find the option to create a blank slide
10. Select the Option to Insert a picture ‘from file’
11. Select the image you want to insert
12. Continue to insert the images that you want to insert
13. You can now move the images around on this document by clicking on the image and dragging it to the desired location within the document.
